Abstract

The invention applies to the transport devices and can be used for grouping piece-goods and uniting them from several streams into one on the enterprises of food industry. The invention has its purpose to enhance technologic facilities and the working safety. A device contains a fabricated conveyor (1), feeding conveyors (2) having a shield door (3) fitted above them, a spring backed frame (8), a carriage (7), a rocking shutoff separator (10), a spring backed pusher. The frame (8) is provided with an inclined pile-driver (24), a horizontal pile-driver (25) and a descending bar (26). The articles are fed by the feeding conveyor (2) on a transition site and further to the rocking shutoff separator (10). The formed layer of articles moves by the pusher (22) on the fabricated conveyor (1), during the movement of the carriage (7) a pressing roller (12) moving on the inclined pile-driver (24) presses the spring backed frame (8) to the lower position. When the pressing roller moves on the horizontal pile-driver (25), the layer of articles shifts. After going through the horizontal pile-driver (25), the pressing roller enters into a clearance between the horizontal pile-driver (25) and the descending bar (26), and the frame (8) returns to its initial position while the pressing roller (12) brings into contact with the descending bar (26).
