Abstract
The invention applies to the packaging sphere and can be used for packing of piece-goods in the package at the enterprises of aero-technical industry. The invention has its purpose of enhancing productivity and safety of the package process. A device for piece-goods packing in the package contains a feeding conveyor, a lifting-descending table (2), a mechanism of piece-goods fixing, a pusher (4) with a pneumatic cylinder (5), a pile-driver (8) and connected with it by means of a pressing roller (7) a pneumatic throttle having a valve (9) and a frame (10) for adjusting the pressed air moving through the pneumatic cylinder. Articles are fed onto the lifting-descending table (2), lifting a layer of articles at the upper position and fixing it on a shield door (3) of the fixing mechanism. A formed stack of articles by the pusher (4) with help of the pneumatic cylinder (5) moves into the package, when the pressing roller (7) moves on the pile-driver (8), in turning of it the valve position is changed relative to the frame (10) of the pneumatic throttle, this forms a needed clearance between their working surface, so the corresponding space of an orifice for moving the compressed air into the pneumatic cylinder (5).
