Abstract

The method for anastomosing the tubular organs of the digestive tract comprises end-to-end anastomosis providing for the contact of the external surfaces of the anastomosing organs due to invagination of the end of the efferent segment with the use of the suture. Prior to anastomosing, the ends of the tubular organs are mobilized. The length of the mobilized area in the afferent segment is 3.5-4.0 cm, and in the efferent segment 1.0-1.5 cm. The mobilized ends are oriented in the same direction and are brought together until the contact. The mobilization areas are connected and fastened by two-row sero-serous suture connecting the end of the serous layer of the efferent segment with the serous layer of the afferent segment. The end of the afferent segment is inserted into the efferent segment at the depth of 3.5-4.0 cm. At the same time, the end of the efferent segment is invaginated. Then at the level of the invaginated edge of the efferent segment, the two-row sero-serous suture is finalized throughout the perimeter of the connection. The posterior wall of the anastomosis is generated and the two-row sero-serous suture is applied providing for the anterior wall of the anastomosis.
