Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the surgical instrument for the obstetrics, in particular for the puncture of the umbilical cord. The device for the puncture of the umbilical cord comprises the appliance for capture and fixation of the umbilical cord and the needle for puncture of the umbilical vessels. The appliance for the capture and fixation of the umbilical cord is designed as the hollow tube made of the resilient material with one end made as the two-digital clamp while the opposite end has a cannula. The needle for the puncture of the umbilical cord may displace free within the appliance for the capture and fixation of the umbilical cord. The appliance also contains the mandrin of the needle for puncture of the umbilical vessels and the needle for puncture of the anterior wall of the peritoneal cavity and the uterus with the appliance for the capture and fixation of the umbilical cord located inside and able to move free.
