The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical instruments for puncture of physiological and pathological body cavities with a diagnostic and medical purpose. A device for puncture comprises a hollow needle with cannula, in the canal of which a mandrin with a head is placed in alignment, and comprises fixing elements. The needle’s cannula and mandrin’s head are built in a socket with a spring coupling rod, on which the fixing elements are placed - screws for fixing to the socket of needle’s cannula and mandrin’s head. On the latter a groove is made, into which the screw end is placed. The mandrin is placed in the needle’s canal with the possibility of motion in reverse direction during its movement and forward - at its hit.
