Abstract
Description
The antimicrobial effect of BM solutions on cultures, which are most often detected in sinusitis of microorganisms, was studied on solid nutrient media by the "well" method (N.M. Datsenko, 1989). The results presented in Table 1 indicate a higher antimicrobial activity of 0.0195 BM solution compared to 0.0295 HC solution.
Example 2. Table 2 shows a comparative analysis of the results of treatment of patients with infected wounds and trophic ulcers of the lower extremities with 0.0195 BM solution and 0.0295 XH solution.

The results, shown in Tables 2 and 3, indicate a higher efficiency of BM compared to HC in the treatment of purulent wounds and trophic ulcers of the extremities in the first phase of the wound process. The use of BM made it possible to reduce the microbial number and microbial seeding of wounds and ulcers, which contributes to the rapid cleansing of wounds, the appearance of granulations and marginal epithelization.
The results of skin plastic surgery and conservative treatment when using BM are better than when using HG.

The use of BM in the complex of treatment of peritonitis contributes to shortening the treatment period of patients by 7.7 beds/days, reducing postoperative mortality and reducing the number of postoperative purulent-inflammatory complications.

The effect of 0.0195 BM solution does not inhibit the transport function of the ciliated epithelium of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity in healthy people and patients with various forms of sinusitis.
Застосування БМ сприяє більш виразній нормалізації досліджених показників імунітету у хворих хронічним гайморитом, ніж розчину ХГ (таблиці 5, 6, 7, 8).The use of BM contributes to a more pronounced normalization of the investigated indicators of immunity in patients with chronic sinusitis than the solution of HC (tables 5, 6, 7, 8).

Включення 0,0195 розчину БМ до комплексу терапії уретритів і уретропростатитів різної етіології приводить до більш швидкої нормалізації імунологічних і клінічних показників у хворих, ніж при використанні 0,0295 розчину ХГ (таблиці 9, 10,11).The inclusion of 0.0195 BM solution in the complex therapy of urethritis and urethroprostatitis of various etiologies leads to faster normalization of immunological and clinical indicators in patients than when using 0.0295 HG solution (tables 9, 10, 11).
Antiseptic agent BM according to the invention has a high antibacterial activity, which is much more pronounced compared to such commonly used antiseptic agents as iodovidone, furacilin, chlorhexidine, rokal, hydrogen peroxide solution, polymeric preparations of iodine, nitrofuran antiseptics, etonium, dekamethoxine, octenisept, has a wide range of clinical applications; is not toxic; it has no side effects and contraindications; has an immunostimulating effect; activates repair processes; reduces the resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics; reduces recovery time.
BM has an immunoadjuvant effect, strengthens local protective reactions, regeneration processes due to the modulation of cellular and local humoral response, has no local irritating effect and allergenic properties, no teratogenic, embryotoxic effects have been detected. The drug has no carcinogenic and mutagenic properties.
