Abstract
A method of manufacturing artificial wax honeycomb consists in that sticks are moistened at first with water, and then with dissolved wax by immersing. Prior to immersing in water they are separated up to obtaining a gap between lateral sides sufficient for the subsequent wetting (immersing) by wax. After immersing in wax thee are brought together up to the gap equal to thickness of a wall of honeycomb. After taking away from wax they are stuck together on the tense wire of honeycomb frame, thereafter the sticks are pulled off from wax cells by groups. Each group consists of sticks located next nearest along horizontal axis of cells and in a row along vertical axis. While pulling off sticks of next group the sticks pulled off before are returned to honeycomb cells in initial position and rigidly fixed, that prevents destruction of honeycomb and its deformation.
