Abstract

Винахід стосується медицини, а саме психіатрії і наркології. Завдання, покладене в основу винаходу, полягає в досягненні стану ефективної нейролепсії та аналгезії за умови частково або повністю збереженої свідомості, що виключає ефект замісної терапії, зменшує імовірність ускладнень, дозволяє досягти повної редукції симптоматики та скоротити термін лікування синдрому скасування, викликаного повним або частковим припиненням приймання психоактивних речовин, без застосування опіоїдних аналгетиків. Поставлене завдання досягається тим, що інфузійну терапію проводять на тлі малотоксичного базис-наркозу оксибутиратом натрію, атропіном і тіопенталом натрію. В подальшому на тлі поверхневого наркозу метод здійснюють в два етапи. На першому етапі – фракційно вводять дроперидол, димедрол, на другому – в період підтримання нейролепсії та з метою досягнення антероградної амнезії вводять діазепам, і в залежності від стану хворого тіопентал натрію, а також атропін для підтримання вегетативної стабілізації і м'язової релаксації. Процедура триває 4,5-5 годин і проводиться двічі на добу на протязі 4-5 днів.
