Abstract
The invention relates to the devices for removal of mechanical impurities from liquids. A self-cleaning filter contains a housing, a flat filtering element dividing the housing into the chambers of unpurified liquid and filtrate, and a device of purification and removal of slime, which consists of a washing duct connected with a rotary hollow shaft, and the filtering element consists of two perforated lattices, between which a filtering screen and a backing screen are clamped. The filtering screen is located from the side of unpurified liquid, and clearance between it and lattice is filled with sealing compound, and backing screen having the larger size of cells is located from the side of filtrate.
