Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicine. A packaging-capsule–consists of the two connected hemispheres and contains the partition in the central part. The mixture of gases, one of which is indifferent to materials, of which the amalgam is made, and the other gas is fluorine, fills the capsule.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, and more specifically to dentistry, and can be used in the production of mercury-containing amalgams.

There is a well-known capsule that is part of the "Gallodent" material, "which consists of two na-hemispheres that are connected to each other, forming a single hollow shell with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm, a length of 250 mm and a diameter of 10 mm G11.

The disadvantage of this capsule is that during the manufacture of amalgam, the capsule is divided into two parts, in one of which two constituent parts are placed, for example, mercury and finely dispersed silver, having previously dosed these components. After that, both hemispheres are connected together and the components are mixed. Such amalgam production requires certain contact of medical personnel with mercury and the presence of extraction devices for preparing amalgams.

Also known is the capsule-package for the manufacture of amalgams, which consists of two interconnected hemispheres, which contains a partition with a thickening in the central part (2). The partition is made in the form of a film with a thickness of 0.0520.02 mm with a closed opening with a diameter of 3.5:20.5 m in the central part.

The disadvantage of the known capsule is that the components of the amalgam during long-term storage of the capsule are subject to oxidation from the air contained in it, with the formation of silver and mercury oxides.

The purpose of the invention is to extend the shelf life of amalgam materials in the capsule by reducing their oxidation while simultaneously expanding its use, for example, for fluoridation of teeth.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the capsule-package for the manufacture of amalgam, which consists of two interconnected hemispheres, containing a partition in the central part, is filled with a mixture of gases, one of which is indifferent to the materials from which the amalgam is made, and the other - fluorine. The ratio of gas indifferent to amalgam materials and fluorine is 11100.

An inert gas, for example, argon, was used as a gas.

The partition is made in the form of a film with a thickness of 0.0520.02 m in the central part.

The claimed capsule package for the manufacture of amalgam differs from the prototype in that it is made in the form of two hemispheres with a partition, the volume of which is filled with a mixture of gases that does not react with the components from which the amalgam is made, and the second is fluorine, which associated with the property of preventing dental caries.

Thus, the declared capsule-package meets the "novelty" criterion.

A comparison of the claimed technical solution with the known made it possible to identify a technical solution that contains a feature that distinguishes the claimed technical solution from the known one in that the packaging capsule consists of two interconnected hemispheres containing a partition in the central part, and the volumes formed filled with a mixture of gases, one of which is a gas that does not chemically react with the components that are placed in the formed volumes, and the second - as a carrier to prevent dental caries. In addition, filler gas serves to increase transportability and long-term storage of materials. capsules due to the increase in elasticity according to Pascal's law.

This property ensures that the declared technical solution meets the "significant differences" criterion.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the capsule-package for the manufacture of amalgam makes it possible to introduce fluorine as an additive during the fluorination of amalgam components.

It consists of two hemispheres 1 and 2, between which there is a septum C with thickening 4.

The hemispheres are interconnected. Before joining, each chamber is filled with a dosed amount of one of the amalgam components (mercury, silver). Next, the hemispheres with components are filled with a mixture of gases during pressing in a hermetic installation. The manufactured capsule-package can be stored and transported in any way.

Amalgam is made from capsule components as follows.

The capsule is installed in the holder of the amalgam mixer, which subjects it to continuous shaking.

As a result of inertia, the septum breaks apart and the components mix, forming a single lump of amalgam that is ready for use. After mixing the amalgam, the capsule is removed from the holder of the amalgam mixer, depressurized by cutting or pinching with the fingers, and the amalgam is removed for filling the prepared teeth.

This capsule makes it possible to package amalgam components, regardless of the place of its use. In addition, the capsule reduces the contact of medical personnel with mercury.
