Abstract

This invention relates to the area of creating protective anti-corrosion coatings at the outer surface of steel and cast-iron pipes, in particular, for arranging underground pipelines of the water-supply and sewage systems. To increase quality of application of multi-layer combined insulation to the outer surface of a pipe ring chamber of the housing of the appliance is equipped with a rejector, with installed in symmetrical positions inclined surfaces with curved increase of the generatrix of each surface to the line of inclinations symmetry; the discharge channel of the rejector is connected to the inlet channel of a controlled membrane-valve unit, and in opposite in diameter position with respect to the rejector, normally to the axis of the discharge channel of the chamber, a two-side divider is mounted, as a volumetric sector that is turned with its convex surface inside the chamber; at that, the chamber joint is arranged in the plane normal to its long axis, on optimal diameter of the circular chamber with inlet and outlet branch pipes in the part of the housing with the support flange, the outer end surface of which has spring-supported roller stoppers, at least no less than three in number.
