Abstract
Method is proposed for quantitative determination of urea in medicinal forms with lipophilic base. It includes reactive adding, with following photometrical determination of substance. Urea is first separated from ointment base, with carrying out reaction with w - dimethyl-aminobenzaldehyde solution. Quantitative content of urea is determined at wavelength =413 nm in urea concentration interval 0.002-0.03%.
