The gastrectomy method consists of removal of a stomach, application of esophagoentero -anastomosis and interintestinal connection. The afferent and efferent loops of a small bowels are arranged in-line of an esophagus, the vertical-transversal esophagoentero-anastomosis is made. Afferent loop is placed in the postmediastinum and is fixed to the back surface of the esophagus above the anastomosis and from the middle up to the diaphragm legs. The esophagus is invaginated in the afferent loop, which is fixed by serous-muscle stitches to the esophagus and esophago-diaphragmal ligament.
