Винахід дозволяє підвищити ефективність руху краю запасу нитки в пристрої накопичення і подачі нитки шляхом здійснення одночасного сканування двох периферійних секцій поверхні накопичувача і порівняння результатів цього сканування з сигналами сканування, що відповідають стану поверхні накопичувача з намотаними нитками.
