The useful model relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used to treat patients with 2 pancreatic pseudocysts and parapancreatic fluid accumulations.
А.,A known method of treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst and parapancreatic fluid accumulation, which includes puncture of the pseudocyst or fluid accumulation under ultrasound control | Shalymov A.A.,

Modern trends in the diagnosis and treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis // Clinical surgery.-2006.-Mob. pp. 12-20).
The disadvantage of this method is a high number of recurrences of pancreatic pseudocysts or parapancreatic fluid accumulations.
The task of a useful model is to develop such a method of treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst and parapancreatic fluid accumulation, which, due to the additional administration of subcutaneous somatostatin or intramuscular lanreotide, would ensure a reduction in the number of relapses of the disease. 12 The task is solved by the fact that in the method of treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst and parapancreatic fluid accumulation, which includes puncture of the pseudocyst or fluid accumulation under ultrasound control, according to a useful model, in the postoperative period, somatostatin is additionally administered subcutaneously 3 times a day for 7-10 days or intramuscularly lanreotide once in therapeutic doses.
Additional administration of subcutaneous somatostatin or intramuscular lanreotide in therapeutic doses reduces the recurrence of pancreatic pseudocysts or parapancreatic fluid accumulations in the postoperative period by blocking the exocrine function of the pancreas and the release of pancreatic juice into the parapancreatic space.
вThe frequency of administration and duration of the course indicated in the formula of the useful model are selected based on the results of 29 clinical studies of 7 patients. in
-The method is carried out as follows. An ultrasound examination of the organs of the abdominal cavity is carried out and the optimal way to puncture a pseudocyst or fluid accumulation is found. The surgical field is treated with antiseptic solutions. A pseudocyst or fluid accumulation is punctured under ultrasound control. The contents of a pseudocyst or fluid accumulation are removed as much as possible. -
оLanreotide is injected subcutaneously once, or treatment with somatostatin is carried out according to the generally accepted scheme for 7-10 days. After the treatment, ultrasound control is performed to diagnose a possible recurrence of a pseudocyst or parapancreatic fluid accumulation. at

In the postoperative period, the patient was once administered the drug lanreotide in a therapeutic dose of ZOmg. Standard conservative therapy of acute pancreatitis was carried out. In the postoperative period, ultrasound control was performed - no signs of recurrence of fluid accumulation were found. o Example 3: Patient Kh., 48 years old, medical history 494, 2006, was admitted to the Department of Pancreatic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery of the Bile Ducts of the Medical Institute of Medical Sciences of Ukraine with a diagnosis of parapancreatic pseudocyst. The patient was examined clinically, laboratory and instrumentally. The diagnosis is confirmed. On January 22, 2006, a pseudocyst was punctured under the control of an ultrasound sensor. In the postoperative period, patient sl 20 was injected subcutaneously with somatostatin in a therapeutic dose of 0.1 C times a day for 10 days. The patient was examined. On July 18, 2005, a parapancreatic 29 fluid accumulation was punctured under ultrasound control. In the postoperative period, the patient was injected subcutaneously with somatostatin in a therapeutic dose of 0.01 C times a day for 8 days. Standard conservative therapy of acute pancreatitis was carried out. In the postoperative period, ultrasound control was performed - no signs of recurrence of fluid accumulation were found.
According to the proposed method, 4 patients with parapancreatic pseudocysts and 3 patients with 60 parapancreatic fluid accumulations were treated. In the postoperative period, no recurrence of the disease was observed in any of the operated patients. In 3 out of 7 patients, treated according to the analogue method, recurrence of the disease was observed in the postoperative period, which required open surgical intervention.
Thus, the comparison with the analogue showed that the use of the method allows to reduce the number of recurrences of pseudocyst or parapancreatic fluid accumulation.
