Description of the invention
The proposed useful model relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for 2 laparoscopic treatment and drainage of fluid formations of abdominal organs.
A well-known prototype of a device for drainage, for example, for processing and draining liquid formations of abdominal organs, which is an elastic tube with side holes for collecting liquid at the working end (1, 2). The significant shortcomings of the prototype device include the fact that it does not allow the puncturer to seal the cavity, which can lead to leakage of its contents and 70 aggressive chemicals used for its treatment through the puncture channel. In addition to the above, such a tube, being smooth and without extensions, easily falls out of the puncture channel. This, in turn, can lead to infection of the abdominal cavity and chemical burns of its organs.
The basis of the useful model is the task of creating a device for laparoscopic treatment and drainage of liquid formations of the abdominal cavity in the form of a thin-walled tube, which would eliminate 712 shortcomings of the prototype, namely, the leakage of liquid through the puncture channel would be excluded, as well as its reliable fixation. This would eliminate the danger of infection of the abdominal cavity and chemical burns of its organs.
The task is solved by the fact that the device for laparoscopic treatment and drainage of liquid formations of abdominal cavity organs in the form of a thin-walled tube is supplied at the working end with two inflatable sealing cuffs.
The device offered by us for laparoscopic treatment and drainage of fluid formations of the abdominal cavity is a thin-walled tube 1 (Fig. 1), at the working end of which there are two inflatable sealing cuffs 2 (Fig. 1). The cuffs are made of a thin elastic material, for example, rubber , and supplied with thin tubes that allow these cuffs to be inflated.
The proposed useful model is used in the following way. During an operation for a cause, for example, a liver cyst, with the help of a laparoscope, a puncture of this cyst is performed with the help of a trocar and aspiration of the liquid contents of the cyst. Then the trocar is removed, and a device for laparoscopic treatment and drainage of fluid formations of the abdominal cavity is introduced through the channel left after the puncture into the lumen of the cyst.
--Next, with the help of a syringe, the cuffs are inflated through the tubes in such a way that the puncture channel is between the cuffs (Fig. 3). After placing the device and sealing the puncture channel, the cyst cavity is washed with an aggressive chemical substance. After that, fluid is aspired from the cyst, "It is released through air tubes from the cuffs, and the device is pulled out by its free end. Thus, the device for laparoscopic treatment and drainage of liquid formations of the abdominal cavity organs that is claimed eliminates the described shortcomings of the prototype, because its design excludes the leakage of liquid through the puncture channel due to sealing cuffs, which also ensure its reliable fixation. This eliminates the danger of infection and the development of chemical burns of the abdominal organs. --
«Approbation of the device for laparoscopic treatment and drainage of fluid formations of the abdominal cavity was made on cadaveric material, as well as in clinic conditions, which confirmed its high efficiency, simplicity, reliability and atraumaticity.
