Abstract

Вібраційна шахтна сушарка містить теплоізольовану камеру із поярусно встановленими за допомогою пружин на опорних панелях спіралеподібними лотками із перфорованим дном (причому напрям завивки спіралей суміжних лотків - зустрічний), які обладнані індивідуальними віброприводами, що містять спільний вертикальний вал, який встановлений у теплоізольованій камері за допомогою пружних опор та зв'язаний із приводом обертання через еластичну муфту, а зі спіралеподібними лотками - через порожнинні втулки, підшипники та корпуси підшипникових вузлів за допомогою регульованих упорів. Один з упорів - центральний, розміщений у центрі порожнинної втулки, - це болт, який загвинчений у вертикальний вал і зафіксований контргайкою, а верхні і нижні регульовані упори розміщені симетрично відносно центрального упора у вигляді двох пар болтів, які перпендикулярні до болта центрального упора та впираються у відповідні лиски вертикального вала.The vibrating shaft dryer contains a heat-insulated chamber with spiral-shaped trays with a perforated bottom installed in tiers with the help of springs on support panels (and the direction of curling of the spirals of adjacent trays is opposite), which are equipped with individual vibration drives containing a common vertical shaft, which is installed in a heat-insulated chamber with the help of elastic supports and is connected to the rotation drive through an elastic coupling, and to spiral trays - through hollow bushings, bearings and housings of bearing units with the help of adjustable stops. One of the stops - the central one, located in the center of the hollow sleeve - is a bolt that is screwed into the vertical shaft and fixed with a lock nut, and the upper and lower adjustable stops are placed symmetrically with respect to the central stop in the form of two pairs of bolts that are perpendicular to the bolt of the central stop and abut into the corresponding shafts of the vertical shaft.
