The specified insulating partitions limit between themselves on one side of the second radial rotary contact a projecting angle (α), which should preferably not exceed 110°. A toothed wheel, preferably a worm wheel, is connected to the rotary rod, and is designed to be able to rotate around the axis (O32) of rotation of the rotary rod. The receiving output contact and the grounding contact, which protrude inward from the inner surface of the camera in the plane of rotation of the second radial rotary contact of the rotary conductive connecting element and are made with the possibility of connection to the second radial rotary contact in certain angular positions of this rotary contact.
