Abstract
Description
Description of the invention
The method relates to medicine, namely, pediatrics and can be used in the treatment of juvenile 2 rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) both in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
(11.There is a known method of basic treatment of JURA, when, along with anti-inflammatory drugs, intra-articular administration of glucocorticosteroids is used. It is used in mono- or oligoarthritis with large exudative-inflammatory changes in the joints. It was established that in the early stages of the disease with pronounced manifestations of local inflammatory activity, the effectiveness of local therapy of the affected joint is significantly 70% higher than in children with a long course of the disease with gross destructive changes (11.
(21.The method of treatment that is closest to the claimed method is the intra-articular administration of glucocorticosteroids. The disadvantage of the known method is the development of negative reactions due to the side effects of the drug. The latter have a quick, but insufficiently stable effect, have a damaging effect on articular cartilage. Due to these circumstances, the American College of Rheumatology recommends prescribing no more than 3-4 12 injections of glucocorticosteroids into the knee joint during the year and denies their introduction without signs of synovitis (21.
5.The basis of the proposed useful model is the task of creating a means of treatment for JRA, which ensures an increase in the effectiveness of the treatment of the disease and the prevention of negative side effects of the therapy. The task is solved due to the fact that in the method of treatment of JRA, which involves intra-articular administration of the drug followed by its introduction into the soft tissues around the joint, according to a useful model, the antihomotoxic agent Tgashteei 5 is used as a drug.
That's it! 5 contains 14 components of plant and mineral origin, has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immunomodulating effects, promotes regeneration and is considered a universal anti-inflammatory agent.
-оThe method is carried out as follows. A solution of Tgatstea is injected intra-articularly! With the amount of 2-2.5 ml in severe synovitis of the 1st or 2nd joints twice with an interval of 7 days with subsequent introduction into the soft tissues 22 around the joint once a week, a total of 5 introductions per course. -at

Example Mo1. Patient Julia T., 8 years old, medical history Mo13011, suffers from JRA, mainly articular form, polyarthritis, seronegative, slowly progressive course, II degree of activity, X-ray stage
оPP. The duration of the disease was about 6 months, which had a course with frequent relapses (2-3 times a year). at
She received therapy with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aminoquinoline derivatives, methotrexate, physical therapy, as well as local therapy (intra-articular injection of Diprospan in the right knee joint 1-2 times a year). The girl was hospitalized in the clinic in October 2004 with symptoms of exacerbation, namely: - increased swelling, pain in the knee and ankle joints, limitation of range of motion in them, especially in the morning, increased indicators of laboratory activity (CRP, ESR - C2mm / hour). In order to suppress local inflammation in the joints and taking into account the known side effects of glucocorticosteroids, a solution of methotrexate is prescribed in the complex of therapy, along with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticosteroids, and methotrexate
