Abstract

The method of cryopreservation of erythrocytes, which includes adding to the erythromass in a ratio of 1: 1 cryopreservative containing glycerin, sorbitol, NaCl and distilled water, incubation at 25-26 ° C, freezing to -196 ° C, heating in a water bath at 41-45 ° C and washing the cells from the cryopreservative with hypertonic and physiological NaCl solutions. Glycerin is taken in a concentration of 28%, sorbitol - 6.8%, NaCl - 0.25%, and incubation of cells with a cryopreservative is carried out for 20 minutes.
