Abstract
Установка приготування робочого розчину хімічних препаратів містить ємність з водою, в якій розміщений датчик визначення рН води, пов'язаний з апаратно-програмним комплексом (ПАК), ємності з компонентами і ємність з рідиною регулювання рН води, наприклад сульфатом амонію. При цьому всі ці ємності пов'язані зі змішувачем за допомогою системи трубопроводів і колектора з встановленими на ньому кранами з електроприводами, які пов'язані з ПАК. Крім цього, установка має насоси, також пов'язані з ПАК і витратоміри.The chemical working solution preparation unit contains a water tank in which a water pH sensor connected to a hardware-software complex (PAC), a container with components and a tank with a water pH adjusting liquid, such as ammonium sulfate, are placed. Thus all these capacities are connected to the mixer by means of system of pipelines and the collector with the cranes with electric drives which are connected to PAK established on it. In addition, the installation has pumps also connected to the PAC and flow meters.
