Abstract
Спосіб виготовлення біорозкладних виробів з відходів переробки пектиновмісних культур включає виготовлення суміші шляхом змішування біорозкладної сировини рослинного походження в кількості 90-100 % мас. фракції від 0,01 до 20 мм з добавками та водою, порційне розміщення отриманої суміші у попередньо нагріту до 120-250 °C прес-форму з наступною дією на суміш до п'яти циклів скидів-набору тиску до 10 МПа. Як біорозкладну сировину використовують висушені пектиновмісні відходи переробки рослинної сировини з вмістом вологи до 14 %. Прес-форма має таку конструкцію, що забезпечує щільне її замикання та вихід надлишку суміші в циклі скидання тиску.
