The basis of the proposed useful model is the task of obtaining a new technical result in the machine for local application of solid fertilizers with simultaneous planting of potatoes by changing its design, which consists in the simultaneous application of organic and mineral fertilizers during potato planting.

The task is solved by the fact that in the machine for applying organic fertilizers with simultaneous planting of potatoes, which consists of a body mounted on a frame with support wheels, a chain-plate conveyor, a grinding beater, grinding rollers, a hopper for potatoes, according to a useful model, in a potato flow separator is installed in the lower part of the potato hopper, and potato feeding is carried out by a gravity feeding device for potatoes.

The machine for organic fertilizers with simultaneous planting of potatoes works as follows.

Prepared organic fertilizers are loaded into the body 1, mineral fertilizers - into the hopper for mineral fertilizers 7, and potatoes - into the hopper for potatoes 8, after which the machine is brought to the turning lanes of the processing area and transferred to the working position with the help of the device 16 for transferring the bed-forming coulters in transport or working position.

The drive shaft of the tractor (not shown in the drawing) and the device C for aggregating with the tractor drive the chain-plate conveyor 5, which brings solid 60 organic fertilizers to the rotating grinding beater b. A hopper for mineral fertilizers 7 is placed above the grinding beater 6, from which mineral fertilizers are supplied to the body 1 and mixing of organic and mineral fertilizers takes place. The teeth of the grinding beater 6 ensure grinding of solid inclusions of mixed fertilizers and evenly feed them into the fertilizer flow guide (not shown in the figure), where the grinding rollers 9 are located, which bring the fertilizers to a homogeneous mass and feed them to the soil in the zones prepared by the bed-forming coulters 14. After that, potato tubers from the potato hopper 8 are placed on the fertilizers with the help of a gravity device for feeding potatoes 11 and a separator of potato streams 10. The formed rows of potatoes are wrapped with soil by a disc wrapper 12.

After passing the corral, the drives of the chain-plate conveyor 5 are turned off.

The device for transferring the bed-forming openers to the transport or working position 16 and the device for transferring the disk wrappers to the transport or working position 13 transfer the disk wrappers 12 and the bed-forming openers 14 to the transport position.

The proposed machine ensures high efficiency of local application of organic and mineral fertilizers in the formed beds and accuracy of potato planting. The productivity of the machine increases due to the fact that all operations are performed in one pass of the unit across the field.
