Abstract
Спосіб профілактики та лікування хронічного рецидивуючого герпетичного стоматиту в дітей та підлітків, хворих на цукровий діабет, включає використання противірусних, дезінтоксикаційних, симптоматичних препаратів. У період загострення хвороби до традиційного лікування додатково призначаються імунокорегуючі препарати: перорально додається таблетований циклоферон за стандартною схемою лікування (по 2-4 таблетки 0,15 г 1 раз на добу за півгодини до їжі за стандартною схемою: 1-й, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23-й дні - усього на курс терапії 20-40 таблеток (3-6 г) в залежності від віку та ступеня тяжкості захворювання) та місцево на елементи ураження СОПР після антисептичної обробки наносять 5 % циклоферон у вигляді лініменту 3-5 разів на добу протягом 5-7 діб.The method of prevention and treatment of chronic recurrent herpetic stomatitis in children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus includes the use of antiviral, detoxifying, symptomatic drugs. Провокуючими чинниками рецидивуючого герпетичного стоматиту (РГС) стають інші захворювання, пов'язані з переохолодженням, ультрафіолетовим опроміненням, стресовими ситуаціями, психологічними або фізичними навантаженнями, гострими та хронічними захворюваннями ендокринної системи, змінами гормонального статусу.One of the most common infections in children is herpes, which is explained not only by the wide spread of the herpes virus, but also by the peculiarities of the formation and development of the immune system in the child's body. У хворих на діабет спостерігається значне зниження реактивності та резистентності організму, що призводить до тяжкого перебігу хронічних захворювань. ЦД впливає на перебіг патологічних процесів, обумовлених глибокими порушеннями всіх видів обміну речовин, а також пригнічує імунологічний захист організму.
