Спосіб лікування та профілактики хронічного рецидивуючого герпетичного стоматиту у хворих з імунною недостатністю індуктором інтерферону, при якому застосовуються протигерпетичні, дезінтоксикаційні та симптоматичні препарати. До традиційного лікування додатково використовується індуктор інтерферону системного та місцевого застосування циклоферон, який має противірусну, імунокоригуючу, протизапальну дії.Method for treatment and prevention of chronic recurrent herpetic stomatitis in patients with immune deficiency interferon inducer, which uses antiherpetic, detoxifying and symptomatic drugs. Клінічні форми захворювання виникають, як правило, на фоні дисфункції імунної системи. Рецидивуючий герпетичний стоматит - одне з найпоширеніших вірусних захворювань людини, яке характеризується запальною реакцією тканин, рецидивуючим перебігом та стійкістю до різноманітних терапевтичних заходів, тому що обумовлені імунною недостатністю. Однією з сучасних і науково доведених теорій герпетичного стоматиту є імунологічна концепція патогенезу, що пояснює виникнення і розвиток імунологічного конфлікту з реалізацією на слизовій оболонці порожнини роту, а основну роль в противірусному захисті мають клітинні та фактори неспецифічного захисту, в тому числі, інтерферони.Herpesvirus infection is one of the most common in the world, antibodies to the herpes simplex virus are found in 80-95% of the adult population. Спосіб лікування здійснюється наступним чином: - хворим вводять циклоферон внутрішньо- м'язово по 2 мл на 1,2,4,6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 19-й дні лікування. Через З тижні повторюють 5 ін'єкцій циклоферону з інтервалом 48 годин. Активує Т-лімфоцити і натуральні кілерні клітини, нормалізує баланс між субпопуляціями Т-хелперів і Т-супресорів, посилює синтез ІдА слини і рідини у зубоясенних кишенях до рівня норми.
