Description
The useful model belongs to the field of medicine, namely to general surgery, combustiology, traumatology, polytrauma and can be used for the purpose of adapting a skin graft on a wound bed, as well as in the treatment of wound defects with damage to the skin and underlying tissues.
Струм іонізує рідкі лікувальні речовини, придає іонам односпрямованих рух, який застосовується з лікувальною метою |1-2|.As the closest analogue, the following method was chosen: for the purpose of biophoresis, two electrodes made of dissimilar metals are applied to the affected limb or part of the body and connected by an electrical conductor, which causes a unidirectional circular movement of electrons and a constant galvanic current of 5-80 μA appears . The current ionizes liquid therapeutic substances, gives unidirectional ions movement, which is used for therapeutic purposes |1-2|.
The disadvantage of the known method is the inability to control the dosage of the medicinal substance, namely the preparation of vitamin VI directly during the process of biophoresis of the wound surface, and the wound dressing does not provide optimal pressure on the wound. When applying a gauze bandage, it is impossible to qualitatively fill the entire wound surface by repeating its relief, and it is also impossible to introduce a therapeutic agent, vitamin VI, into the wound directly without removing the gauze bandage, and the wound bandage does not provide constant antiseptic conditions.
The task of eliminating the above-mentioned shortcomings is the basis of a useful model.
The task is solved in the following way: two electrodes made of dissimilar metals are applied to the wound and connected by an electrical conductor, which causes a unidirectional circular movement of electrons and a constant galvanic current with a strength of 5-80 μA appears, and an airgel bandage is applied to the wound surface (on based on amorphous silicon dioxide) with magnetic hemispheres containing silicone tubes inside, through which vitamin VI is administered, both during and after the treatment procedure.
Airgel (based on amorphous silicon dioxide) is a unique material - a gel in which the liquid phase is completely replaced by a gaseous one. This material has a record low density and exhibits a number of unique properties: hardness, transparency, heat resistance, etc. Airgel belongs to the class of mesoporous materials, with the structure of a tree-like network of nanoparticles 2-5 nm in size and pores up to 100 nm in size combined into clusters (IZ3-6). Also, aerogels have good thermal insulation and hygroscopic properties, they are transparent and through them the state of the wound bed and the features of the wound process are clearly visible. Silicone tubes (through which medical agents are administered) are located in the thickness of the airgel bandage, they have one external outlet
Z on the surface of the dressing and the pores at its base, from where B1 gradually enters the wound.
The use of vitamin VI stimulates metabolic and regenerative processes in the wound, reduces the intensity of the inflammatory process. Which, in turn, improves microcirculation in tissues and shortens the course of phases of the wound process, prevents drying of the wound I7-9|. And the magnetic hemispheres in the airgel bandage provide constant antiseptic conditions for wound surfaces.
Зверху на пластину накладається електрод (анод).The method is carried out as follows: wound defects are first treated with dry sterile napkins, maximally adsorbing the wound contents, then the wound is treated with sterile napkins moistened with an aqueous solution of chlorhexidine. After treatment of wound defects, the wound is covered with a sterile napkin and an airgel bandage based on amorphous silicon dioxide with magnetic hemispheres is placed on top of it. A medical substance, namely vitamin B1, is injected directly into the silicone tubes of the airgel bandage. After the introduction of vitamin B1 into silicone tubes, one tube remains connected to the syringe, and the other is closed with a stopper. An electrode (anode) is placed on top of the plate.
During biophoresis, the anode (positive electrode) is placed over the wound defects, and the cathode (negative electrode) is placed under the affected area (extremity) or on the opposite side of the anode.
The strength of the current acting on wound defects ranges from 5 to 80 μA, the current ionizes vitamin B1, gives ions unidirectional movement into the wound for therapeutic purposes. Without stopping the treatment procedure of biophoresis, after the end of vitamin B1, you can wash the wound surface with an antiseptic solution by injecting it with a syringe through a silicone tube into an airgel bandage, having previously removed the plug. Under the action of galvanic current, part of the drug will fall directly to the wound surface through the pores in the lower surface, and part will leave the cavity of the plate through the outlet tube.
Therefore, the method of biophoresis of wound surfaces with vitamin VI1 airgel bandages based on amorphous silicon dioxide enables control over its introduction during the wound galvanization procedure, and, if necessary, allows to increase the dose of the drug directly during the procedure. The method improves the deposition of antiseptic and vitamin VI1 in the wound tissues, stimulates microcirculation in the affected tissues, reduces microbial contamination of secretions from the wound, and magnetic hemispheres create constant antiseptic conditions in the wound, which makes it possible to shorten the patient's stay in hospital treatment.
