Головним недоліком відомого технічного рішення є те, що конструкція пристрою не відповідає вимогам до зручності й гігієнічності експлуатації тари для оптичних приладів, зокрема контактних лінз. The inlet of the additional hollow container 2, respectively, contains an internal thread 8 (screw grooves) for a removable connection with the bottom of the cylindrical hollow container 3 . The additional hollow container 2 is made with the possibility of placing in its cavity the body 9 of a horizontally oriented container for contact lenses and its lid 10. The side surface of the additional hollow container 2 contains through ventilation holes 11. These holes are made with the possibility of implementing a natural tidal-exhaust valve of the internal volume of the additional hollow container 2. At the same time, the cavity of the additional hollow container 2 contains vertical partitions 12, which divide the internal space of the cavity into three compartments, one of which (the central one) is adapted to accommodate the housing 9 of a horizontally oriented container for contact lenses , and the other two (peripheral) - its cover 10.

Після виймання очищених та продезінфікованих контактних лінз із контейнера для зберігання контактних лінз видаляють відпрацьований розчин. Відгвинтивши герметизуючий ковпачок б, з роздавального наконечника 5 горловини 4 флакона 1 подають свіжий дезінфікуючий розчин і одночасно ополіскують ним резервуари корпусу 9 контейнера для зберігання контактних лінз. Після цього горловину 4 закривають герметизуючим ковпачком 6, додаткову порожнисту ємність 2 відгвинчують від флакона 1, всередину неї поміщають контейнер для зберігання контактних лінз, при цьому корпус 9 вказаного контейнера розташовують у центральному відсіку, а кришки 10 - у периферійних відсіках. Додаткову порожнисту ємність 2 нагвинчують на зовнішню різьбу на днищі флакона 1 і залишають пристрій на горизонтальній поверхні, наприклад встановлюють на поверхні столу, для просушування контейнера для контактних лінз. Просушування контейнера відбувається автоматично, завдяки природній приливно-витяжній вентиляції крізь наскрізні вентиляційні отвори, виконані на бічній поверхні додаткової порожнистої ємності 2. Пристрій для зберігання засобів із догляду за контактними лінзами, що пропонується, не містить у своєму складі жодних конструктивних елементів чи матеріалів, які неможливо було б відтворити на сучасному етапі розвитку науки і техніки, зокрема, у галузі виробництва тари для оптичних виробів, та може бути реалізований з використанням відомих технологій, а отже дане технічне рішення вважається таким, що відповідає критерію "промислова придатність". Разом із тим, у відомих джерелах патентної та іншої науково-технічної інформації не виявлено конструкцій пристроїв для зберігання засобів із догляду за контактними лінзами із вказаною в пропозиції сукупністю суттєвих ознак, тому запропоноване технічне рішення вважається таким, що відповідає критерію "новизна", а отже може отримати правову охорону.The proposed technical solution has been tested in practice.
