Abstract

Пристрій для подрібнення деревини містить горловину для завантаження деревини, корпус ножового диска, ножовий диск, отвір для видалення стружки. Додатково містить додаткові ножі, одні із яких закріплені на периферійній частині ножового диска, а інші - у верхній частині корпусу ножового диска, та взаємодіють між собою у вертикальній площині, а в нижній частині диска закріплена крильчатка.The device for grinding wood contains a neck for loading wood, the housing of the knife disk, a knife disk, a hole for removal of chips. Зо горловину З та подають у бункер 4. Ножовий диск б приводять у рух за допомогою електродвигуна 2 та клинопасової передачі 1. Деревина або її відходи зрізаються на стружку основними ножами 10. Стружка під дією відцентрової сили зміщується до периферійної частини ножового диска 6, на якій закріплені додаткові ножі 9. На корпусі ножового диска 5 нерухомо закріплені додаткові ножі 12. Під час обертання ножового диска б додаткові ножі 9 та 12 взаємодіють між собою, так як знаходяться у одній вертикальній площині та додатково подрібнюють стружку великих розмірів до заданого фракційного стану. Крильчатка 8, що закріплена у нижній частині 6 створює додатковий натиск повітря та краще допомагає видалити стружку через сито 11 та вихідний отвір для видалення стружки 7. Запропоноване технічне рішення дозволить подрібнювати деревину та її відходи на стружку необхідного фракційного стану, що розширить технологічні можливості її застосування.From the mouth З and is fed into the hopper 4.
