Спосіб кріоконсервування дріжджів Saccharomyces cerevisiae включає відмивання клітин від ростового середовища, центрифугування, розведення осаду клітин дистильованою водою, заморожування шляхом занурення у рідкий азот, відігрівання при кімнатній температурі. Перед заморожуванням до суспензії клітин додають озоновану воду з розрахунку 27-32 пмоль озону на 106 клітин.The method of cryopreservation of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae involves washing the cells from the growth medium, centrifugation, dilution of the cells with distilled water, freezing by immersion in liquid nitrogen, heating at room temperature.
