Abstract
Пристрій для дозування малих об'ємів рідини містить: горизонтально розташований барабан з множиною контейнерів з рідиною, який обертається за допомогою крокового двигуна та шестерні; механізм дозування, зворотно-поступальний рух якого здійснюється за допомогою крокового двигуна, який з'єднаний з черв'ячним валом; модуль для вертикального переміщення ємності для дозування та систему управління. При цьому, модуль для вертикального переміщення ємності для дозування складається з ліфта, зворотно-поступальний рух якого здійснюється за допомогою крокового двигуна, який з'єднаний з черв'ячним валом, механізм дозування включає поршневий вузол, у якому поршневий шток виконаний з можливістю вертикального руху, переміщення якого фіксується кінцевим датчиком, а система управління включає плату управління, яка зв'язана кроковими двигунами, та з щонайменше чотирма кінцевими датчиками.A device for dispensing small volumes of liquid comprises: a horizontally arranged drum with a plurality of containers with fluid rotating by means of a stepper motor and gear; a metering mechanism whose reciprocating motion is made by means of a stepper motor which is connected to a worm shaft; module for vertical displacement of dispensing container and control system. In this case, the module for vertical movement of the dispensing tank consists of an elevator, reciprocating motion of which is carried out by a stepper motor, which is connected to the worm shaft, the dispensing mechanism includes a piston assembly in which the piston rod is made with the possibility of vertical movement the displacement of which is fixed by the end sensor and the control system includes a control board that is coupled to stepper motors and to at least four end sensors.
