Abstract

Змішувач комбінованих кормів складається з бункера, що містить завантажувальну та розвантажувальні зони, поєднані між собою гвинтовими валами, що обертаються, привод гвинтових валів та дозуючий пристрій. Завантажувальна зона виконана у вигляді бункера із планчастим транспортером, який розміщений нижче рівня завантажувальної зони.The compound feed mixer consists of a hopper containing loading and unloading areas connected by rotating rotary shafts, a drive of the screw shafts and a metering unit. Відомий змішувальний пристрій (Авт. свід. СССР Мо 1430086 А1, ВОТЕ 7/08, Бюл. Мо 38 1988 р.) містить корпус із завантажувальною та розвантажувальною зонами, поєднаними між собою гвинтовими валами, що обертаються, і приводом. Гвинтова лінія кожного валу виконана із шагом, що дорівнює половині довжини вала, має дві ділянки із протилежно спрямованими витками, які сходяться в центрі валу, при цьому лопаті гвинтового валу гвинтової лінії одного напрямку встановлені під кутом 457 до площини поперечного перетину вала та утворюють з лопатями гвинтової лінії протилежного напрямку кут 90", який спрямований вершиною у бік, протилежний напрямку обертання вала.
