Abstract
Спосіб нанесення дифузійних покриттів, в якому завантажують деталі в реакційну камеру з порошками карбідоутворюючих елементів, вакуумують, нагрівають до температури насичення, витримують, повторно вакуумують, заповнюють реакційну камеру чотирихлористим вуглецем, витримують та охолоджують. Спосіб нанесення дифузійних покриттів проводять в одному технологічному циклі нанесенням карбідоутворюючих елементів в два етапи послідовно: на першому етапі проводять процес насичення карбідоутворюючим елементом Сr, при цьому здійснюють вакуумування до тиску 0,1 мм рт. ст., нагрівають до температури насичення 1050 °C і проводять ізотермічну витримку протягом 2,0-2,5 год., після чого проводять при тих же параметрах ізотермічного процесу насичення карбідоутворюючим елементом V протягом 3,5-4 год.Diffusion coating method in which parts are loaded into a reaction chamber with powders of carbide-forming elements, evacuated, heated to saturation temperature, maintained, re-evacuated, filled the reaction chamber with carbon tetrachloride, incubated and cooled.
