Description
The invention belongs to mining and can be used for the explosive collapse of a mountain massif during the open mining of ore and non-ore deposits.
The invention is intended to increase the efficiency of the explosion and, accordingly, regulated destruction due to the growth of the energy potential of the explosive substance for which ammonium nitrate is used.
Відомий спосіб виготовлення двокомпонентних вибухових речовин з аміачної селітри і нафтопродукту, наприклад вуглеводневого палива, який включає дозування компонентів в заданому співвідношенні, змішування їх і наступну обробку стислим повітрям (АС СРСР Мо 1826695).There is a known method of manufacturing two-component explosives from ammonium nitrate and a petroleum product, such as hydrocarbon fuel, which includes dosing the components in a given ratio, mixing them, and subsequent processing with compressed air (AS USSR Mo 1826695).
The disadvantages of the known method are that the preparation of the explosive mixture is associated with significant costs, which lead to an increase in the cost of drilling and blasting operations performed during the development of minerals.
The method requires special equipment that provides pneumatic processing of ammonium nitrate at different pressure levels to create cracking zones in the nitrate granules.
With such processing, it is difficult to obtain a regulated product when processing raw materials that have different geometric parameters and fluctuations in the parameters of physical and mechanical properties.
A significant drawback of the known method is that the surface treatment of ammonium nitrate granules with hydrocarbon fuel due to its high fluidity leads to the flow of hydrocarbon fuel into the lower part of the well. As a result, with a long period of time between the charging of the well and the production of a mass explosion, the ammonium nitrate granules in the upper part of the well charge are devoid of films of hydrocarbon fuel, and the lower part of the well charge is oversaturated with hydrocarbon fuel. With high fissuring of rocks, there is a high probability of complete loss of hydrocarbon fuel due to cracks in the lower part of the well.
8 95.There is a known method of creating an explosive substance, according to which a portion of granular ammonium nitrate is loaded into the container, which is dried by heated air supplied through a perforated bottom. Saltpeter is heated and dried. When saltpeter is heated, polymorphic transformation of its crystals occurs and the volume of granules increases by 8 95.
Accordingly, many small dry pores and cracks are formed in them, which increases the absorption
Після обробки стиснутим повітрям отримана вибухова суміш вивантажується з ємності (Патент України Мо 33544 на винахід).The ability of the granules and the total contact surface with hydrocarbon fuel. After that, the nitrate granules are sprayed with hydrocarbon fuel and mixed and exposed to high air pressure, which, according to the inventors, causes additional penetration of the hydrocarbon fuel into the ammonium nitrate granules. After treatment with compressed air, the resulting explosive mixture is discharged from the container (Patent of Ukraine No. 33544 for the invention).
The disadvantage of the known method of preparing the explosive mixture is that it is difficult to ensure the creation of cracks in granules with equal parameters due to the fact that they have different geometric parameters and fluctuations in physical and mechanical properties.
To prepare granules for the formation of a system of cracks on their surface, a long process is required, associated with the use of various types of special equipment, which provides loading of ammonium nitrate into the container, heating of air and its supply into the container, provision of high pressure in a sealed vessel, treatment of granules with hydrocarbon fuel, cooling of the saltpeter granules and its subsequent discharge from the hermetic container.
The known method is characterized by a high level of cyclical work. The volume of the mixture prepared once is limited by the volume of the container in which it is prepared.
All this has a negative effect on the cost of the created explosive substance and the cost of extracting the mineral.
A significant drawback of the known method is that, despite the fact that the saltpeter granules have formed cracks, this does not save from the fact that a significant part of the hydrocarbon fuel is lost due to the fact that it moves to the lower part of the well and, in the presence of cracks in the rock mass, is removed from wells under the action of gravity.
The closest solution, chosen as the closest analogue, is the method of forming a well charge, in which a hose charge is lowered into the well, which consists of granular ammonium nitrate, the intergranular space of which is filled with combustible hydrocarbon fuel. An intermediate detonator with a detonating cord is attached to the hose charge.
У початковий момент вибуху вуглеводневе паливо змішується з гранулами аміачної селітри для забезпечення прогнозованих енергетичних показників вибуху (Патент Росії Мо 2084816 на винахід).After placing the hose charge, the well is filled to the design level with granular ammonium nitrate. At the initial moment of the explosion, the hydrocarbon fuel is mixed with ammonium nitrate granules to ensure the predicted energy indicators of the explosion (Russian Patent Mo 2084816 for the invention).
The disadvantage of the known method is that there is a significant period of time between the formation of the well charge and the production of a mass explosion. During this time, the hydrocarbon fuel located in the intergranular space flows into the lower part of the well and is lost in the cracks of the rock massif. When the hose charge is sealed, the hydrocarbon fuel does not flow, but during the explosion, uniform mixing with ammonium nitrate is not achieved, since the hydrocarbon fuel is in the limited space of the nozzle.
When implementing the known method, uniform distribution of the energy effect of the explosion on the mountain massif is not ensured.
The task of the invention is to improve the method of forming a well charge due to: - determination of the required amount of hydrocarbon fuel to be placed in the well charge at the rate of 5-15 95 from the mass of ammonium nitrate; - selection and use of available porous unbound organic or mineral particles in the form of wood shavings, sawdust, shredded wood waste, concentrate of metal ores or their mixture according to the criterion of their absorption into the pores of hydrocarbon fuel; - determination of the required amount of porous organic or mineral particles, based on their saturation of hydrocarbon fuel in the amount of 5-15 95 of the mass of the explosive substance; - uniform distribution of the mass of porous organic or mineral particles, or their mixture in the explosive; - placement in a membrane polymer shell of a mixture of an explosive substance with porous mineral or organic particles impregnated with hydrocarbon fuel.
The task is solved due to the fact that the method of forming a well charge includes drilling a well, placing means of initiation in the well and filling its cavity with ammonium nitrate, isolating the well charge with plugging.
According to the invention, the amount of ammonium nitrate required for the well charge is determined. The porosity of selected unbound organic or mineral particles is determined based on the placement of hydrocarbon fuel in the well charge in the amount of 5-15 95 by weight of ammonium nitrate.
Wood shavings, sawdust, crushed wood are used as organic or mineral particles
From wood waste, metal ore concentrate or their mixture.
Determine the required amount of organic or mineral particles, based on their saturation with hydrocarbon fuel in the amount of 5-15 95 from the mass of the explosive.
Hydrocarbon fuel is saturated with a set mass of selected porous organic or mineral particles and they are evenly distributed in the explosive substance, which is placed in the well cavity with means of initiation.
To prevent the leaching of hydrocarbon fuel and the dissolution of ammonium nitrate in water wells, as well as the floating of components of the explosive charge, the density of which is less than the density of water, a mixture of organic and mineral particles is formed and its required amount is determined, based on the saturation of hydrocarbon fuel with it in the amount of 5 -15 95 from the mass of the explosive substance. A mixture of organic and mineral particles is saturated with hydrocarbon fuel and evenly distributed in the explosive. Ammonium nitrate with a mixture of organic and mineral particles, as well as with means of initiation, is placed in a membrane polymer shell made with the ability to pass air molecules and retain water molecules, while the membrane polymer shell is placed in the well cavity in advance.
To increase the efficiency of the explosion, iron ore pellets are used as mineral particles.
Технічний результат від використання винаходу полягає в тому, що: - забезпечується підвищення енергетичних показників вибухової речовини на основі аміачної селітри; - для формування свердловинного заряду немає необхідності у використанні складного технологічного устаткування; - незалежно від проміжку часу від формування свердловинного заряду до виконання масового вибуху вуглеводневе паливо, наприклад дизельне паливо, та інші нафтопродукті, знаходячись в порах органічних або мінеральних часток у вигляді деревної стружки, тирси, подрібнених відходів деревини, концентрату металевих руд або їх суміші, не стікає в нижню частину свердловини, тим самим забезпечується проєктна енергетична дія вибуху на гірський масив; - сформований свердловинний заряд не збільшує собівартість буровибухових робіт і, 60 відповідно, не впливає на вартісні показники товарного продукту;The technical result of the use of the invention is that: - an increase in the energy indicators of an explosive substance based on ammonium nitrate is ensured; - there is no need to use complex technological equipment for the formation of a well charge; - regardless of the time interval from the formation of the well charge to the execution of the mass explosion, hydrocarbon fuel, such as diesel fuel, and other petroleum products, being in the pores of organic or mineral particles in the form of wood shavings, sawdust, shredded wood waste, metal ore concentrate or their mixture, do not flows into the lower part of the well, thereby ensuring the project energy effect of the explosion on the mountain massif; - the formed well charge does not increase the cost of drilling and blasting works and, 60 accordingly, does not affect the value indicators of the commodity product;
- свердловинний заряд забезпечує якісне дроблення міцних і особливоміцних порід при мінімальному об'ємі негабариту; - наповнювач з органічних або мінеральних часток у вигляді деревної стружки, тирси, подрібнених відходів деревини, концентрату металевих руд або їх суміші, дозволяє забезпечити високі енергетичні характеристики масового вибуху при відкритій розробці родовищ корисних копалин; - свердловинний заряд може бути ефективно реалізований в обводнених свердловинах за рахунок того, що у складі наповнювача вибухової речовини використовується концентрат металевих руд, а також за рахунок того, що свердловинний заряд поміщають в оболонку з полімерної мембрани, яка пропускаючи молекули повітря не пропускає молекули води - свердловинний заряд може бути реалізований стосовно будь-яких діаметрів свердловин, які використовуються на відкритих гірських роботах.- the well charge provides high-quality crushing of strong and particularly strong rocks with a minimum volume of oversize; - a filler made of organic or mineral particles in the form of wood shavings, sawdust, shredded wood waste, metal ore concentrate or their mixture, allows to ensure high energy characteristics of a mass explosion during the open development of mineral deposits; - the well charge can be effectively implemented in watered wells due to the fact that a concentrate of metal ores is used in the composition of the explosive filler, as well as due to the fact that the well charge is placed in a shell made of a polymer membrane, which, while allowing air molecules, does not allow water molecules to pass - borehole charge can be implemented in relation to any diameters of boreholes used in open pit mining operations.
The method is implemented as follows:
Wells are being drilled on the working block, according to the drilling and blasting passport.
Before charging the wells, the amount of explosive required for charging the well is determined. Granular ammonium nitrate is used as an explosive
Research has established that when an explosive substance interacts with hydrocarbon fuel, such as diesel fuel, located in a well, the energy efficiency of the explosion increases. The problem with the use of hydrocarbon fuel is that it, having a high fluidity and penetrating ability, flows into the lower part of the well, even with a short period of time between charging the well and producing an explosion.
Known technical solutions, which describe attempts to keep hydrocarbon fuel on the surface of saltpeter granules, are not effective enough and do not solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of the well charge explosion.
It was established that the use of wood flour as a porous filler is impractical in terms of economic and technological indicators. The use of wood flour increases the cost of blasting due to the need to perform work on its production. In addition,
Because wood flour, having specific absorption properties, clumps when it is saturated with hydrocarbon fuel, which complicates the process of its uniform distribution between ammonium nitrate granules. This has a negative effect on the quality of the explosion and, accordingly, on the regulated crushing of rocks.
Studies have shown that the necessary amount of hydrocarbon fuel can be found in the well charge when it is infiltrated into the porous medium. The research results showed that organic or mineral material in the form of wood shavings, sawdust, shredded wood waste, metal ore concentrate or their mixture can be used as a porous material.
The selected porous material is determined by the ability to absorb hydrocarbon fuel, the amount of which should be in the well charge and be 5-15 95 of the mass of the explosive.
Research and research and industrial tests have shown that reducing the amount of hydrocarbon fuel to less than 595 does not ensure the full use of the explosive's energy potential. When the hydrocarbon fuel is increased by more than 15,965, the increase in energy indicators of the explosion is not ensured and the cost of blasting increases.
After determining the type of porous material, its required mass is saturated with hydrocarbon fuel until the required amount is absorbed.
After saturation with the porous material of the hydrocarbon fuel, it is mixed with ammonium nitrate using a mixer. This ensures a uniform distribution of porous particles between ammonium nitrate granules.
The prepared mixture together with the means of initiation is placed in the well and isolated with a wire rod with a crushed mountain of mass.
When the explosion is carried out, ammonium nitrate detonates and interacts with the hydrocarbon fuel contained in the particles of the porous material, thereby increasing the combustion temperature and increasing the volume of gases that have a destructive effect on the rock massif.
Studies have shown that during the charging of flooded explosive wells, there is a high probability of dissolution of ammonium nitrate and leaching of hydrocarbon fuel, as well as the floating of components of the explosive charge, the density of which is less than the density of water.
To prevent the loss of explosives, a mixture of organic and mineral particles is formed. A concentrate of metal ores, which has a significant density, is used as mineral particles. Wood shavings, sawdust, shredded wood waste are used as organic particles.
The mixture of the explosive substance with the formed filler should have negative buoyancy, while the required amount of filler is determined based on 3 saturation of hydrocarbon fuel with it in the amount of 5-15 95 from the mass of the explosive substance.
The mass of organic and mineral particles is saturated with hydrocarbon fuel and this mass is evenly distributed in the explosive. The formed explosive mixture with means of initiation is placed in a shell made of a polymer membrane, which is placed in the cavity of the well in advance.
The main requirement for the properties of a polymer membrane shell is its ability to pass air molecules and not pass water molecules. Such a membrane makes it possible to prevent the explosive substance from being washed out of the well and to eliminate the possibility of air jams when the explosive substance is fed into the casing placed in the well.
It was found that increasing the efficiency of the explosion can be achieved due to the use of iron ore pellets as mineral particles. This efficiency is achieved due to the fact that the finely dispersed particles of iron ore concentrate included in the pellets increase the energy of the explosion, and the pellets themselves, due to their high porosity, absorb a significant amount of hydrocarbon fuel.
Studies have shown the high efficiency of the method, the implementation of which in the open development of ore and non-ore minerals ensures high quality crushing of ore and rock masses of a wide range of physical and mechanical properties.
