Description
The invention relates to lifting machines, in particular passenger and freight elevators, intended for use in high-rise buildings, as well as in other buildings.
The design of the brakes of various elevator cabins begins with the famous trapper Elisha Otis
С. IPolovnikov V.S. Installation and operation of elevators. - Moscow: Higher School, 1987. - p. 175), which was simple and was a flat spring spring that assumed an arc-shaped shape under the tension of the cable and moved freely along the vertical guides. When the cable broke, the tension was removed from the spring and, having split, it abutted against the guides, blocking the movement of the elevator.
In other analogues (pyr:/Lymly.5siepsederage2008.sotlLomiiie1I-P-Toptog2-ISHShcha/24| in addition to the technical means, an electronic elevator control system using various sensors was added. Despite the presence of numerous electronics, at the end a mechanical trap worked, which had a distinctive design solution from the invention of E. Otis. The safety of passengers in a modern elevator is ensured by approximately 30 electronic and 5 mechanical devices, but the elevators continue to fall. In the event of a break in the cable of the elevator car, the speed of the car increases and, accordingly, this acceleration is transmitted through the cable to the limiter pulley. Inside the limiter are located the weights, which under the action of centrifugal force due to acceleration diverge, overcoming the forces of the spring, rest against the stationary stops and the elevator cabin stops.
The locking brake (patent of the Russian Federation Mo2555252, class B66B 5/18) uses a mechanism for squeezing wedges, which contains a set of sequentially placed parts, a control unit, a housing that has a locking mechanism, made in such a way that it acts from two mutually opposite sides on guides
Disadvantages of analogues include their sufficient complexity, which means a decrease in the reliability of work due to a large number of intermediate elements, the connection of the brakes with the entire control system, and their lack of autonomy.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed emergency brake of the passenger elevator cabin is the elevator brake (nir/Loshgivt-rooK.sot/rrooKkv/rookK-22/pa/spariei!-1139/), which is made in the form of a wedge mechanism consisting of wedges, pulley, traction, stops, levers, cable, axles, sensors, control unit, body. The axles are fixed on the pulley disc, near which there are shaped weights, which are held by a spring with a traction. One end of the spring
Zo rests on a bracket fixed on the pulley, the second rests on the adjusting nut through the washer.
When the speed of movement of the elevator cabin increases, the weights diverge, approaching the stops of the ring. When the speed of the elevator cabin exceeds the permissible one, the weights engage with the stops and stop the pulley. Falling down, the cabin turns the axis, the fixed cable acts on the lever, the axis turns, the vertical rods rise up, moving the wedges on the support shoes of the cabin. Tightening of the wedges is facilitated by frictional forces between them and the guides
The disadvantages of the prototype include the complexity of the brake design of the elevator cabin, and, therefore, the low reliability of operation 3-due to a large number of intermediate parts, the connection of the brakes with the entire elevator control system, the lack of autonomy, the use of data on the state of intermediate elements, in particular the cable, and not directly to the elevator cabin.
The problem to be solved by the proposed invention is to simplify the design of the elevator brake, which leads to a significant increase in the reliability of the emergency brake of the passenger elevator cabin without the use of complex electronic and mechanical devices.
The task is solved as follows. In a known elevator brake containing a wedge pressing mechanism and a control unit, according to the proposed invention, the wedge pressing mechanism is equipped with spring-loaded upper and lower supports and equipped with pairs of fixed and movable sliding wedges, inside the fixed wedges are placed spring-loaded intermediate sliding wedges connected to electromagnets, and movable retractable wedges are installed on the horizontal guides of the lower spring-loaded stand, which is equipped with automatic brakes and a sail sheet.
The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings in which fig. 1 shows the structural diagram of the passenger elevator cabin emergency brake; fig. 2 - general view of a fixed wedge; fig.

4.The emergency brake of the passenger elevator cabin consists of an upper spring-loaded stand 1, located below the bottom of the passenger elevator cabin 2, placed in the shaft between the guides 3. On the bottom of the passenger elevator cabin 2, stationary wedges 4 are rigidly fixed.
Opposite the fixed wedges 4 on the upper spring-loaded stand 1 are placed movable retractable wedges 5, located on horizontal guides 6, fixed on the lower spring-loaded stand 7. Inside the fixed wedges 4 are placed intermediate retractable wedges 8, spring-loaded by springs 9 and connected to rods 10 of electromagnets 11, which are controlled by the control unit 12 from the sensors 13 of the rate of fall of the cabin of the passenger elevator 2. Under the bottom of the cabin of the passenger elevator 2, on the cylindrical guides 14, there are rods 15, spring-loaded by springs 16, located in the cylinders 17. Automatic brakes 18 are rigidly attached to the lower spring-loaded stand 7 with friction linings 19 and a known standard self-supporting device 20 for their constant pressure through springs 21 to guides 3. A sail sheet 22 is installed from below the lower spring-loaded support 7 on rods 15. Fixed wedges 4, intermediate retractable wedges 8, upper spring-loaded support 1, movable retractable wedges 5 , lower spring-loaded stand 7, cylindrical guides 14, rods 15, cylinders 17, brakes 18 and sail sheet 22 are part of the wedge press mechanism.
The operation of the passenger elevator cabin emergency brake is as follows. When the lowering speed M (falling) of the cabin of the passenger elevator 2 increases due to the sail sheet 22 through the rods 15 and cylinders 17, the upper spring-loaded stand 1 rises, the gap E between the fixed wedges 4 and the movable retractable wedges 5 disappears and the fixed wedges 4 abut against the movable retractable wedges 5. To increase the reliability of braking and accelerate the jamming of the fixed 4 and movable sliding wedges 5, the electromagnets 11 are activated by the sensors 13, the intermediate sliding wedges 8 rest against the movable sliding wedges 5, the stationary wedges 4 and the movable sliding wedges 5 are jammed, and the cabin of the passenger elevator 2 is delayed .
The technical and economic efficiency of using the emergency brake of the passenger elevator cabin is justified by the new quality, which is obtained due to the use of the effect of the turbulence of the air flow during the fall of the passenger elevator cabin, which uses the energy of the air flow, the autonomous wedge mechanism of the retractable wedges and the provision of braking of the quick docking of wedge pairs of fixed wedges and movable sliding wedges.
Increasing the reliability of the emergency brake of the passenger elevator cabin is achieved by the use of autonomous fixed and movable retractable wedges, braking and a sail sheet.
