Abstract

The method of obtaining a seed extract of Enotera biennial involves the use of crushed seeds Enotera Biennial with a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mm in diameter. The seeds are extracted with a 70% aqueous-alcoholic solution at 20 ° C using a high pressure of 100 to 200 MPa for 10-20 minutes, in a ratio of seeds-extractant 1:15, and the extract is filtered.

Description

The useful model belongs to the food industry and cosmetology, in particular to the extraction technology of aromatic and fatty oils from vegetable raw materials.

There is a known method of extracting plant raw materials, which involves mixing the raw materials with a liquid extractant, heating the mixture to a temperature of 40-80 "С, periodic vacuuming of the extraction mixture with heat supply to maintain its temperature 5-15 "С above the boiling temperature at vacuum pressure and pressure increase to the initial value with further separation of the extract (5) 1286232 A1, 30.01.1987).

The disadvantage of this method is the significant destruction of useful substances in the process of preliminary heating and vacuuming with the simultaneous introduction of heat to the extraction mixture, as well as the fact that it does not allow to maximally extract from the plant raw materials all the valuable biologically active components included in it.

The basis of the useful model is the task of obtaining an extract of two-year-old Enotera seeds, free from artificial preservatives and dyes with a high content of biologically active components.

Biennial evening primrose, which includes the use of crushed seeds of two-year evening primrose with a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mm in diameter, which is distinguished by the fact that the seeds are extracted with a 70 95 water-alcohol solution with a temperature of 20 "C using high pressure from 100 to 200 MPa for 10-20 minutes, in a seed-extractant ratio of 1:15, and the extract is filtered.

The proposed method is carried out as follows. Two-year-old Enotera seeds are crushed to the size of particles with a diameter of 0.2-0.3 mm. Crushed seeds are packed in a flexible food container, filled with 7095 water-alcohol solution with a temperature of 20" in a seed-extractant ratio of 1:15, after which the container is hermetically closed and subjected to high pressure from 100 to 200 MPa with different holding times. The resulting extract is filtered and pour into bottles of 100 ml.

The method is illustrated by the following examples:

Example 1. 100.0 g of pre-crushed two-year-old evening primrose seeds with a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mm are packed in a flexible food container, poured with 1500 ml of 70 95 water-alcohol solution

with a temperature of 20 "C, after which the container is hermetically closed and subjected to a high pressure of 100 MPa for 30 minutes. After that, the obtained extract is filtered and poured into bottles of 100 ml.

Example 2. 100.0 g of pre-crushed two-year-old Enotera seeds with a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mm are packed in a flexible food container, filled with 1500 ml of 70 95 water-alcohol solution with a temperature of 20 "С, after which the container is hermetically closed and subjected to a high pressure of 200 MPa for 20 min. After that, the obtained extract is filtered and poured into bottles of 100 ml.

The obtained extract is a sum of biologically active substances in the form of a liquid from pale yellow to amber in color.
