Abstract
Винахід належить до області кам’янолитого виробництва та жароміцних матеріалів і може бути використаний для виробництва литих виробів для металургійних та хімічних агрегатів з підвищеною, корозійною та електрохімічною стійкістю. Кам'яне литво - плавленолитий матеріал на основі фторфлогопіту, що містить компоненти при наступному їх співвідношенні, мас. %: оксид кремнію 37-44; оксид алюмінію 6-10; оксид магнію 25-29; оксид калію 5-11; фтор 8-10; оксид кальцію 2,3-4,7; оксид цирконію 3,0-40,0. Заявлено також спосіб його виробництва. Винахід забезпечує підвищення температури і розширення діапазону температури експлуатації корозійно- і жаростійких виробів на основі калієвого фторфлогопіту, а також високу стійкість до руйнівної дії розплавів кольорових металів з частою і різкою зміною температур.The invention relates to the field of stone production and heat-resistant materials and can be used for the production of cast products for metallurgical and chemical units with high, corrosion and electrochemical resistance. Stone casting is a molten material based on fluorophlogopite, which contains components in the following ratio, wt. %: silicon oxide 37-44; alumina 6-10; magnesium oxide 25-29; potassium oxide 5-11; fluorine 8-10; calcium oxide 2.3-4.7; zirconium oxide 3.0-40.0. The method of its production is also stated. The invention provides an increase in temperature and expansion of the operating temperature range of corrosion- and heat-resistant products based on potassium fluorophlogopite, as well as high resistance to the destructive effects of non-ferrous metal melts with frequent and sharp changes in temperature.
