Abstract
A method of manufacturing a feed additive from soybean meal involves the heat treatment of the meal, in which the soybean meal is heated in a sealed volume in the presence of fat and drinking water at a temperature of 80 ° C for 40 minutes. To the meal added 6% by weight of chicken fat and 15% by weight of drinking water.
Description
The feed additive is intended for growing animals and poultry and can be used as a preventive and health-promoting agent, which is used to neutralize protein formations in the human body.
Features of soybean meal include a high content of protein compounds. Soy products are used by athletes to build muscle mass on the one hand, as well as to reduce body weight by reducing the amount of fat in body cells.
The lack of use of the protein component due to the fact that soy proteins are not completely digested by enzymes should be attributed to the disadvantages of soy products and feeds.
The task of a useful model is to develop a method of soybean processing that ensures an increase in the amount of easily digestible proteins in the meal.
The task is solved by thermal treatment of soybean meal with the addition of components that, when interacting with soy protein, turn it into something more digestible. The method of making a feed additive from soybean meal, which includes heat treatment of meal, according to a useful model, in order to increase easily digestible proteins, soybean meal is heated in a sealed volume in the presence of fat and drinking water at a temperature of 80 "C for 40 minutes.
At the same time, 6 95 weight of chicken fat and 15 95 weight of drinking water are added to the meal.
The process of converting proteins in the bird's body consists of two stages. First, the proteins are exposed to the action of gastric juice (weak hydrochloric acid), and then the process of converting proteins into a form that ensures the growth of the protein mass of the bird is completed in the intestine. Thus, if the amount of transformed proteins in the stomach is insignificant, then their transformation into an easily digestible form in the intestines will also be insignificant.
Based on this, the mode of heat treatment of soybean meal is also being built. High-temperature processing simulates the process of conversion of soybean meal proteins in the stomach. For this, we take a weak acid, for example, poultry fat, which contains a large set of different acids. Add drinking water and heat in a closed volume together with soybean meal.
Проведені порівняльні експерименти на зерні кукурудзи виявили, що термічна обробка покращує перетравлюваність зерна, (таблиця 1)Conducted comparative experiments on corn grain revealed that heat treatment improves the digestibility of the grain, (table 1)

Digestibility increases by 1.6 times.
25 95.For soybean meal, the combined effect of pepsin and trypsin reaches 116 mg of tyrosine per 1 g of protein with a protein content in soybean meal of 25 95.
Heat treatment of soybean meal is performed as follows. 100 g of soybean meal is taken, to which 6 95 weight of chicken fat and 15 95 weight of water are added. After adding the fat, the soybean meal is stirred at room temperature to evenly distribute the fat throughout the volume of the meal. Then drinking water is added to the mixture. The volume with the mixture is hermetically closed and heated at a temperature of 80-90 "C with constant stirring.
The State Scientific Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicines and Feed Additives in Lviv evaluated the quality of meal processed according to the method described in the useful model. At the same time, the dose of the feed additive, at which the maximum effect is achieved when it is used in compound feed, was evaluated.
The purpose of the work is to reveal the effectiveness of the soybean meal additive in the production of compound feed for ROSS-308 cross broilers. The research showed that the supplements are a high-energy product with a high content of soluble protein.
The supplement was used according to the scheme:

Two groups of broilers - ROSS 308 cross were formed: control and experimental, 10 heads each. The study continued for 42 days.
Research results:
During the first seven days, the broilers of the experimental group were fed only soybean meal in the amount corresponding to the daily ration of compound feed. The control group consumed compound feed prepared according to the ration in the established order. When determining the weight of the broilers of the experimental group, a decrease in the weight of the broilers by 5.995 from 286 g to 270 g was established after seven days. The obtained result indicates the presence of a significant amount of soluble protein in the experimental soybean. The enzyme system of the broiler is not able to completely convert such a quantity of protein, the remains of which easily enter the blood. It is known that the presence of residual protein in the blood suppresses the development of the protein mass of poultry. In this regard, when forming a recipe with the proposed additive, its amount decreases in the compound feed compared to soybean meal without processing according to the new technology.
9,5 95.In the following weeks and until the end of fattening, broilers of the experimental group were added 5.95 g of soybean meal to the combined feed. During the week, the weight of broilers increased by 2.2 times, while in the control group, the weight of broilers increased by 1.6 times during the same period of time. After a week, the weight of broilers in the experimental group increased by 1.6 times, while the weight of the control group increased by 1.2 times. During the fourth week, the weight of broilers increased by 1.4 times, and the control weight by 1.2 times. At the end of fattening, the average weight of broilers of the experimental group reached 2356 g, while the control group reached only 2150 g, and was higher by 9.5 95.
