Запропонована двокомпонентна кришка "твіст-офф" для скляних консервних банок складається з двох окремих частин, з яких перша частина виконана з листового металу і являє собою дископодібну накривку, кромка якої завита вгору з утворенням круглого завитка і відігнута назовні з утворенням кільцеподібної канавки для розташування ущільнювача і розміщення накривки на кромці горловини банки, а друга частина кришки виконана з пластика і являє собою циліндричне різьбове кільце, на внутрішній поверхні якого виконані різьбові засоби фіксації на горловині банки. При цьому верхня частина різьбового кільця виконана радіально розширеною всередину з утворенням фіксатора краю накривки, який геометрично відповідає завитку накривки, а різьбові засоби фіксації виконані у вигляді розміщених по колу під нахилом лопатеподібних виступів. Накривка виконана із пружної жерсті, товщина якої складає 0,08-0,16 мм, твердість - 58-64 одиниць по Роквелу. In this case, the upper part of the threaded ring is made radially extended inside with the formation of the latch of the edge of the cover, which geometrically corresponds to the curl of the cover, and the threaded means of fixation are made in the form placed in a circle at an inclination of the bladed projections. The cover is made of an elastic tin, the thickness of which is 0.08-0.16 mm, the hardness is 58-64 units according to Rockwell. EFFECT: invention provides high tightness of sealing and operation under conditions of repeated use of the threaded ring with the possibility of changing the cover.
