Abstract

Двухкомпонентная крышка "твист-офф" для стеклянных консервных банок состоит из двух отдельных частей - накрывающего диска и резьбового кольца. Кромка накрывающего диска завита вверх с образованием круглого завитка и отогнута наружу с образованием кольцевидной канавки для размещения уплотнителя и установки накрывающего диска на кромке горловины банки, при этом диск выполнен из упругой жести, толщина которой составляет 0,08-0,16 мм, а твердость 58-64 единиц по Роквеллу. Цилиндрическое резьбовое кольцо выполнено из пластика и содержит резьбовые элементы фиксации на горловине банки в виде размещенных на его внутренней поверхности по кругу под наклоном лопастеобразных выступов. Верхняя часть резьбового кольца выполнена радиально расширенной внутрь с образованием фиксатора края накрывающего диска, который геометрически соответствует завитку накрывающего диска. Конструктивные особенности предложенной двухкомпонентной крышки "твист-офф" для стеклянных консервных банок позволяют обеспечить высокую герметичность укупорки, а эксплуатационные характеристики соответствуют условиям многоразового использования резьбового кольца как ее составной части с возможностью замены накрывающего диска.The two-piece twist-off lid for glass cans consists of two separate parts - the cover disc and the threaded ring. The design features of the proposed two-component "twist-off" lid for glass cans ensure high tightness of the closure, and the performance characteristics correspond to the conditions of reusable threaded ring as its component part with the possibility of replacing the covering disc.
