Abstract

Контролер з'єднаний з великою кількістю датчиків вологості, що розташовані усередині зерносховища в різних місцях і окремо один від одного. Даний контролер визначає рівень вологості зерна поряд з кожним датчиком вологості та порівнює цей рівень вологості зерна з заданим максимально допустимим рівнем вологості. Цей контролер з'єднаний з розподільником зерна, який налаштований вибірково розподіляти зерно, що надходить в зерносховище, та управляє даним розподільником для розподілення зерна, що надходить, таким чином, щоб створити скорочений шлях потоку повітря крізь те зерно, яке охоплює датчики вологості, які мають визначений рівень вологості зерна, вищий за заданий максимально допустимий рівень вологості. Даний контролер з'єднаний з вентилятором, який об'єднаний зі зерносховищем та налаштований забезпечувати потік повітря крізь зерно у зерносховищі. Цей контролер керує вентилятором, щоб забезпечити більший потік повітря крізь зерно впродовж скороченого шляху потоку повітря, у порівнянні зі шляхом потоку повітря за межами скороченого шляху потоку повітря.
