Abstract
Винахід стосується одержання етилацетату, який передбачає парофазне гетерогенне каталітичне перетворення етанолу в присутності мідьвмісного каталізатора при підвищених температурі і тиску у першому реакторі з утворенням цільового продукту і побічних продуктів реакції, гідрування побічних карбонілвмісних продуктів реакції в присутності каталізатора при зниженні температури у другому реакторі з утворенням відповідних спиртів та подальше відділення цільового продукту, причому процес ведуть при однаковому тиску 0,4-0,6 МПа та температурі 240-270 °C в першому реакторі з пониженням температури до 140-160 °C у другому реакторі, а як каталізатор використовують суміш оксидів CuO-ZnO-ZrO2-Al2O3.The invention relates to the production of ethyl acetate, which provides a vapor-phase heterogeneous catalytic conversion of ethanol in the presence of a copper-containing catalyst at elevated temperatures and pressures in the first reactor with the formation of the target product and by-products of the reaction in the presence of carbonate-containing reactions alcohols and subsequent separation of the target product, the process being conducted at the same pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and temperatures RI 240-270 ° C in the first reactor temperature is lowered to 140-160 ° C in the second reactor and catalyst using a mixture of oxides CuO-ZnO-ZrO2-Al2O3.
