Спосіб імпульсної гальванізації ранових поверхонь розчином вітаміну В6 включає оброблення сухими стерильними серветками ранових дефектів. Потім рану обробляють стерильними серветками, змоченими водним розчином хлоргексидину. Після обробки ранових дефектів рану накривають стерильною серветкою, змоченою хлоргексидином з сумішшю кремнійорганічного сорбенту, верхню серветку змочують водорозчинним вітаміном В6 в добовій дозі.
