Abstract
Спосіб імпульсної гальванізації ранових поверхонь розчином вітаміну С, при якому ранові дефекти спочатку обробляють сухими стерильними серветками, максимально адсорбуючи рановий вміст. Потім рану обробляють стерильними серветками з змоченими водним розчином хлоргексидина. Після обробки ранових дефектів рану накривають стерильною серветкою змоченою хлоргексидином з сумішшю кремнійорганічного сорбенту. Верхню серветку змочують водорозчинним вітаміном С в добовій дозі. Далі проводять гальванізацію ураженої ділянки апаратом "Поток-1" при густині струму 0,025мА/см2. За допомого реле часу включають пристрій на задані часові проміжки, та здійснюють таким чином імпульсний вплив вітаміном С на рану.The method of pulsed galvanization of wound surfaces with a solution of vitamin C, in which wound defects are first treated with dry sterile wipes, maximally adsorbing the wound contents. With the help of a time switch, the device is switched on for a set period of time, and thus a pulsed effect of vitamin C on the wound is exerted.
