Abstract
Винахід стосується технології аеробного очищення стічних вод активним мулом. Спосіб здійснюють шляхом аеробного очищення стічних вод в аеротенку в умовах нерівномірного їх надходження в аеротенк і зміни рівня стічних вод в ньому протягом доби та наступного очищення від активного мулу стічних вод у вторинному відстійнику. Активний мул, осаджений на дно вторинного відстійника, безперервно самопливом повертають назад в аеротенк. Шляхом забору за допомогою ерліфта очищених вод з вторинного відстійника регулюють рівень стічних вод в аеротенку. Система аеротенк-вторинний відстійник містить аеротенк, виконаний у вигляді ємності з плоским дном, розміщені в аеротенку вторинний відстійник, виконаний у вигляді порожнистого циліндра з конусним дном, і систему пневматичної аерації. Вторинний відстійник оснащений ерліфтом для забору очищених вод. Винахід дозволяє досягти зменшення об'єму аеротенку при заданих показниках якості очищених вод.The invention relates to the technology of aerobic sewage treatment with activated sludge. The method is carried out by aerobically purifying the wastewater in the aeration tank under conditions of uneven flow into the aeration tank and changing the level of wastewater in it during the day and subsequent purification from activated sludge in the secondary sump. The active sludge deposited on the bottom of the secondary sump is continuously flown back into the aeration tank. By means of a fence with the help of an airlift the treated waters from the secondary sump regulate the level of sewage in the aeration tank. The secondary tank sump system comprises an aerial tank made in the form of a flat bottom tank, a secondary sump tank constructed in the form of a hollow cylinder with a conical bottom, and a pneumatic aeration system. The secondary sump is equipped with an air lift for the abstraction of treated water. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the volume of the aeration tank at the set parameters of the purified water quality.
