Винахід належить до зварювального виробництва. Спосіб наплавлення зносостійкого покриття включає підведення до електродів зварювального струму від одного джерела живлення з утворенням відкритої дуги між електродом і виробом із наступним електродуговим наплавленням зносостійкого покриття на поверхню виробу багатоелектродним зварюванням, причому наплавлення виконують за допомогою самозахисних порошкових електродів у вигляді стрічки, які розміщують подовжньо напряму наплавлення, та яким надають поперечних механічних коливань, при цьому в процесі наплавлення зносостійкого покриття виріб охолоджують. Технічний результат: підвищити якість наплавлення, продуктивність способу, забезпечити його технологічність і знизити собівартість продукції одержаної даним способом.The invention relates to welding.
