Abstract

Швидкорознімне з'єднання трубопроводів містить верхній і нижній трубопроводи, ущільнення та корпус з вузлами кріплення і осьовим гвинтом. Корпус виконаний у вигляді поперечини з радіальними напрямними, в котрих встановлені радіальні пружини, а вузли кріплення виконані у вигляді двох двоплечих важелів, розташованих діаметрально протилежно і закріплених на нижньому трубопроводі за допомогою горизонтальних осей з можливістю повороту у поздовжній площині. Верхні плечі двоплечих важелів виконані у вигляді зачепів, котрі взаємодіють з кільцевим виступом, виконаним на верхньому трубопроводі. Нижні плечі двоплечих важелів за допомогою горизонтальних пальців встановлені в радіальних напрямних корпусу і взаємодіють з радіальними пружинами.The high-speed pipeline connection contains upper and lower piping, seals and housing with mounting nodes and an axial screw.
