Abstract

In one embodiment, a steam turbine facility includes drain piping in which a shut-off valve is provided, the drain piping being either a valve drain pipe that leads a drain from the main steam regulating valve to an outside thereof, or a casing drain pipe that leads a drain from the turbine casing to an outside thereof. A heat absorber disposed in a range, upstream of the shut-off valve, of the drain piping to absorb heat of the drain piping. REFER TO FIGURE 7
