Abstract
Винахід належить до способу перетворення хімічної енергії різних видів твердого, переважно, органічного палива у хімічну енергію генераторного газу шляхом газифікації та пристрою (газифікатора) для здійснення такого перетворення. Спосіб газифікації твердого палива включає завантаження твердого палива у паливний відсік газифікатора, подачу твердого палива та окислювача у зону зворотного процесу газифікації, утворену у порожнині газифікатора, подачу вуглецевих часток, отриманих у зоні зворотного процесу газифікації, у зону прямого процесу газифікації, утворену у порожнині газифікатора, подачу окислювача у зону прямого процесу газифікації з наступним отриманням генераторного газу, відведення отриманого генераторного газу із зони прямого процесу газифікації з наступним його змішуванням з твердим паливом, яке подається у зону зворотного процесу газифікації. При цьому утворюють адсорбційно-фільтрувальну зону між зоною зворотного процесу газифікації та зоною прямого процесу газифікації, здійснюють подачу отриманої суміші твердого палива та генераторного газу у зону зворотного процесу газифікації, а наступне відведення генераторного газу, отриманого у зоні зворотного процесу газифікації, на утилізацію здійснюють через адсорбційно-фільтрувальну зону. Також описано газифікатор комбінований твердопаливний для здійснення описаного вище способу.The invention relates to a method of converting the chemical energy of various types of solid, preferably organic fuel into chemical energy of the generator gas by gasification and a device (gasifier) for carrying out such conversion. The method of gasification of solid fuel involves the loading of solid fuel into the fuel compartment of the gasifier, the supply of solid fuel and oxidizer in the zone of reverse gasification formed in the cavity of the gasifier, the supply of carbon particles obtained in the zone of reverse gasification process, in the zone of direct gasification , supply of the oxidizer to the zone of the direct gasification process followed by the generation of gas, removal of the generated gas from the zone of direct gasification process with its subsequent mixing with solid fuel, which is fed into the zone of the reverse gasification process. They form an adsorption-filtering zone between the zone of the reverse gasification process and the zone of the direct gasification process, supply the resulting mixture of solid fuel and generator gas to the zone of the reverse gasification process, and the subsequent removal of the generator gas obtained in the zone of the reverse gasification process adsorption-filtering zone. Also described is a gasifier combined solid fuel to implement the method described above.
