Abstract
В настоящем документе раскрыт способ газификации твердого топлива и газификатор для его осуществления, обладающие повышенной эффективностью процесса газификации, пониженным расходом окислителя для процесса газификации и повышенной стабильностью состава получаемого генераторного газа. Газификатор предполагает преобразование химической энергии различных видов твердого органического топлива в химическую энергию генераторного газа и, таким образом, эффективный контроль процесса газификации путем определения последовательности термохимических реакций, которые, в свою очередь, влияют на количественные и качественные параметры вырабатываемого таким образом газа.This document discloses a method for gasification of solid fuel and a gasifier for its implementation, having increased efficiency of the gasification process, reduced consumption of oxidant for the gasification process and increased stability of the composition of the produced producer gas. The gasifier involves the conversion of the chemical energy of various types of solid fossil fuels into the chemical energy of the generator gas and, thus, effective control of the gasification process by determining the sequence of thermochemical reactions, which, in turn, affect the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the gas produced in this way.
