Abstract
Винахід належить до способів очищення стічних вод і технологічних розчинів від сполук урану (VI) і може бути використаний на підприємствах хімічної промисловості, фабриках переробки сировини, що містить уран, в науково-дослідних інститутах і лабораторіях хімічного профілю. Спосіб полягає в сорбції урану сорбентом, розділенні фаз, відокремленні і регенерації сорбенту. Як сорбент використовують нетоксичний волокнистий сорбент ФІБАН А-6 у кількості 3-5 г на 1 л розчину. Сорбцію проводять при рН 7,5-8,5 протягом 10-15 хвилин. Для відокремлення сорбенту використовують фільтрування або центрифугування. Регенерацію сорбенту здійснюють 0,1 М розчином гідрокарбонату натрію протягом 45 хвилин. Винахід забезпечує прискорення процесу сорбції, підвищення ступеня сорбції та зниження залишкової концентрації урану (VI) на рівні ГДК для технічної води, а також оптимізує умови регенерації сорбенту.The invention relates to methods of purification of waste water and technological solutions from compounds of uranium (VI) and can be used in the enterprises of the chemical industry, factories processing raw materials containing uranium, in research institutes and laboratories of chemical profile. The method consists in sorption of uranium sorbent, phase separation, separation and regeneration of the sorbent. As a sorbent use non-toxic fibrous sorbent FIBAN A-6 in the amount of 3-5 g per 1 liter of solution. The sorption is carried out at pH 7.5-8.5 for 10-15 minutes. Filtering or centrifugation is used to separate the sorbent. The sorbent is regenerated with a 0.1 M sodium hydrogen carbonate solution for 45 minutes. The invention accelerates the sorption process, increasing the degree of sorption and reducing the residual concentration of uranium (VI) at the MPC level for industrial water, as well as optimizes the conditions of regeneration of the sorbent.
